Important Information
Bed linen and towels are included inrentals. However, beds are not made prior to arrival. A "beds made on arrival" service is available for €12 per bed.
To keep our rates attractive throughout the year, end-of-stay cleaning is not included in the booking price. Cleaning products required for maintaining the apartment during your stay are provided free of charge.

Upon arrival, you will receive a welcome kit including an initial roll of toilet paper and a selection of basic cleaning products.

Check-in is available between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
To ensure the best possible welcome, we kindly ask you to inform us of your estimated arrival time as early as possible.
Any arrival outside these hours requires special arrangements by our team and must be communicated in advance.

Cleaning products necessary for maintaining the apartment are provided free of charge during your stay.
We kindly ask you to leave your apartment in a reasonably clean condition upon departure, including:
• Dishes washed and put away
• Refrigerator emptied
• Trash emptied
• Floors swept, vacuumed, and cleaned
• Kitchen and bathrooms cleaned
For added convenience, you can also opt for our end-of-stay cleaning service:
