Every Morning: An Organic, Farm-to-Table “Kilomètre-0” Brunch
Awaken your senses with an exceptional brunch that pays tribute to the Mediterranean diet.
Completely homemade: Every day, Philippe personally prepares brunch for his guests. He bakes his own sourdough bread, kneaded by hand, as well as gourmet tarts with homemade pastry, mezze, and desserts—all made from scratch—and homemade melopita. Pastries are also available in gluten-free versions to ensure everyone’s well-being.
No processed foods: Here, you’ll never find frozen croissants, mass-produced pastries, or pre-sliced Dutch Gouda cheese.
From garden to plate, locally sourced: Our cuisine follows a simple philosophy: to showcase the fruits, vegetables, and herbs picked just hours earlier from the estate’s organic gardens.
A Preserved and Certified Ecosystem
The estate, certified organic (FR-BIO-10), is a true haven of biodiversity. Olive trees, almond trees, fruit trees, truffle oaks, Alpilles PGI vineyards, and a large vegetable garden thrive here without pesticides or chemicals. This land naturally provides for our guests’ meals as well as the products in our shop.
